On 28th September 2023, to celebrate National Manufacturing Day, Kite Glass is opening its doors for guided tours through our cutting-edge facilities where you will witness first-hand the fascinating journey sheet glass takes, as it becomes specialist laminated glass. The tours are specifically designed to showcase the opportunities for potential apprentices and those looking to work for a local manufacturer. Members of our senior team will be on hand to provide advice and guide you on your path to a rewarding career with Kite Glass.
A Special Guest: Dr. Ben Spencer MP’s visit to Kite Glass
We are pleased to announce that Dr. Ben Spencer, the local Conservative MP for Runnymede and Weybridge, will be visiting Kite Glass on the morning of the 28th of September. During the visit, Dr. Spencer will discuss career opportunities with our team, for those living in Runnymede and the surrounding areas. As part of the visit, Dr. Spencer will be taking a factory tour and learning about the various processes that are needed to produce high-quality, specialist laminated glass.
